PAYMENT METHODS

What are the modes of payment?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted via paypal. 

Can I pay using PayPal even if I do not own a PayPal account?                                                       

Yes. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make payment for your order. To pay without a PayPal account, select the Debit/Credit card payment option. 

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Can I make changes to my order items after I have received the order confirmation via email?

No. Changes cannot be made to a confirmed order. 

If I purchased an item before a promotion starts but is due to receive it only after the promotion is running, am I entitled to the promotion’s benefits?

No. Orders are processed at the point reception at our end, hence, items would be charged at the price as at the moment of sale, regardless of the delivery date.   

Can I place my order through the phone calls?                        

No. We do not accept phone orders. 

Can I self-collect my items?    

No. This service is currently not available.

I am interested in placing a bulk order, what should I do? 

Please send your bulk order requests to team@jentian.com.sg and we will respond your enquiry within one to two working days.

What should I do if I face issues when placing my order?

RETURNS/ REFUNDS POLICY 

All goods sold are non-refundable/exchangeable (as items will be double-checked to ensure they are in good condition before sending out). We accept returns for incorrect item sent.  

Please note that there is strictly no cash refund and all exchange will be done via mailing only. 

Please do note that we do not accept returns and exchange of items that are damaged due to mishandling of parcels by Singpost or courier. 

Registered mail or courier is highly recommended. Sellers shall not be held responsible for any missing or damaged items via normal mail.
