Instructions for Preparation: 

We recommend soaking the fish maw for 1 hour before cooking.                                             

1) Boil 8 rice bowls (2 Litres) of water on high heat.                         

2) Wash and add herbs and meat.   

3) Cook on medium heat for 1.5 hours

4) Add 1 teaspoon of salt or add according to your personal preference.                                

5) Add wolfberry at the last 15min.
