Instructions for preparation/ consumption:
Early morning or before sleeping, consume one bottle. Can be consumed either warm or cold.
1) To heat, double boil for ten minutes.
2) To consume cold, simply refrigerate.
**Finish all the contents once the lid is opened. Do not keep overnight.**
