Instructions for Preparation: 

We recommend soaking the Black Bean and Black Fungus in water for 1 hour before cooking.              

1) Boil 12 rice bowls (3 Litres) of water on high heat.                         

2) Wash and add herbs and meat if you wish.                                                   

3) Cook on low heat for 1.5 hours.                                                  

4) Add 1 teaspoon of salt or add according to your personal preference.
